Reiki Level 1 (1st degree)
Reiki is a form of natural energy healing. This universal energy is channelled by a practitioner during a Reiki treatment enabling the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
During the Level 1 course you will learn the following:
- The History of Reiki
- What is Reiki?
- The Reiki Mantra
- Chakras and their meaning
- Crystals
- Meditation
- Attunement
- Hand positions, intuition and body scanning
- Practical Healing
- Self Healing and 21 day clearance
- Do’s and Don’ts and resources
Level 1 Course fees

The above cost includes a detailed course manual, a certificate on completion of the course and refreshments.
Typical run time of the level 1 course is 6/7 hours.
A deposit of £50 at the time of booking is required to reserve your place on the course.
Reiki Level 2 (second-degree)
Reiki 2 is the next phase of your healing journey and it is open to all those students who already hold Reiki level 1. It is recommended that you leave a minimum of 8 months between levels 1 and 2. When you complete your second degree, you are then qualified and recognised as a professional Reiki practitioner.
During the Level 2 course you will learn the following:
- Discussion of experiences using Reiki Level 1
- Learning symbols to power up your healing and how to send distance healing
- Practice with symbols for distance healing
- Practical Reiki treatment on fellow students using new symbols
- Meditation
- Case studies explained
- Resources and advise for setting up as a Reiki Practitioner
- Attunement
Level 2 Course fees

| One to one | £300 |
The above cost includes a detailed course manual, a certificate on completion of the course and refreshments.
I recommend the Level 2 course is split over 2 days. However, it can be taken in one slightly longer day if required.
