Guided Meditation

What is Guided Meditation?

Guided Meditation or Guided imagery, is a safe and powerful way to involve the mind , body and spirit, in a process of relaxing, visualising insights. Guided Meditation brings you into a relaxed, but alert and focused state in which you use your imagination to connect with your senses.

According to research, Guided Meditation may be able to positively affect your health and well being. More and more people are turning to meditation to help with feelings of anxiety, stress and depression.

I hold Guided Meditation sessions in groups of between 2 and 10 people via Zoom, every Monday at 07.30am and 7.00pm. Other days/times may be available by arrangement. One to one sessions can also be arranged and can take place either at my therapy room or via zoom.

Each session is an hour long, which includes a 30 minute themed meditation and post meditation feedback.
